The hubby says I need to think of this as an opportunity to grow in my management skills.
. . .
And in order: 1. My final end, the sum and source of all that is good. He whom I was created to know, love and serve. The one, the only, GOD. 2. The love of my life, whom I treasure and adore. I will never cease to wonder at the gift God has given to me in granting me his love and companionship. 3. Gilbert Keith Chesterton - his ideas, his writings, his life, his philosophy, and most importantly, his common sense.

Welcome to my world.
Student workers:
(1 monkey see, monkey do
(2 you only have 30% of their attention at any given time
(3 their aim is to fulfill work hours, not to get a job done
(4 they're kids, not adults
Scream at them. Put the fear of God into them by threatening to tell their mothers, tell their supervisors, make them sweep floors, whatever it takes. They will hate your guts, but the job will get done. Just get used to being hated. It's part of being a boss.
