yummy yummy yummy . . .
The recipe for it is here.
You're welcome. :)
And in order: 1. My final end, the sum and source of all that is good. He whom I was created to know, love and serve. The one, the only, GOD. 2. The love of my life, whom I treasure and adore. I will never cease to wonder at the gift God has given to me in granting me his love and companionship. 3. Gilbert Keith Chesterton - his ideas, his writings, his life, his philosophy, and most importantly, his common sense.

you really really have to get your hands on a copy of Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. At least read it...she even explains why organically grown foods are better (without hand waving ;). you should also look up the Weston Price foundation - I know they've done research on lots of different women's health related topics and from what I've read they are very practical and down-to-earth.
as for health foods - try and find a farmer's market or co-op. sometimes the farmer's markets are something of a joke and end up being more expensive, but every now and again they do actually end up being affordable.
but i totally share your sentiments on the cost of getting good foods...
