Meet "Vista", the newest Microsoft Office upgrade, complete with trippy, dificult to find/navigate menus and hokey remodeled user interface. Our I.T. department installed it onto all the staff computers this past week, which is good in a way, because we have to be compatible with the student-use computers and those are all running on Vista. However, from the last several days of use, I can already tell that Vista and I are not going to get along real great.

One day the world will wake up and discover that Macintosh holds the key to peace, love and happiness, i. e. a decently reliable though not bulletproof, secure, and very easy to use platform. There is just something pleasant about using a Mac, that has the power to absorb all negative vibes.
Until then we must suffer the clown act called Vista.
